Can you change my tyre at the roadside?
Yes — if you have a serviceable spare (including a space-saver), we can come to you and fit it so you can get going. If there’s no usable spare or the wheel can’t be removed safely, we’ll recover you and your car to a tyre fitter or wherever you need instead.
What if I don’t have a spare wheel?
Many newer cars only carry a repair kit or no spare at all. No problem — we’ll recover you and your vehicle to the nearest tyre place or your chosen destination, at a price agreed up front.
Do you cover motorway tyre blowouts?
Yes. If you’ve had a blowout on the motorway, get everyone out on the passenger side behind the barrier where it’s safe, keep your hazards on, and call us. A hard-shoulder wheel change isn’t always safe, so we’ll advise the safest option when you call.
